To provide for "concurrent" production of part versions, the system requires
each part version to be a new part entry. Example: 1444BZ-A1 (Part Name - Prodution Version)
1444BZ-A2 is a complete new part / drawing etc. This clearly associates the
proper drawing (it's graphic), and dimension requirements with each part. It also allows for
concurrent production when necessary. Furthermore, the production history and
specific production control issues; from a Quality Control point of view remain
unique and specific to that part.
The direct association of support Graphic documents (drawings, backsheets, etc)
with unique 'Part - Revision' not onloy organizes information, but places it directly accessable
to the user.
