Another of the many Quality provisions provided is the application of an optional Quality note
per dimension per part. Supporting the manufacturing effort with
critical information is key to successful production. Communicating critical aspects
avoid production errors. These are facts not on the drawing, rather necessary elements
to avoid or apply to maintain a smooth production effort.
The machinist may review these notes from their SPC dashboard
at any time. Quality is company wide effort, and ByDesignSPC© provides the
most direct path for Quality Managers to be "every where". Since the system is web
based, the Quality Manager does not have to be in each plant.
